Nathanael started Bobber with his family and runs it from the pavilion door every summer. He answers the phone, walks new families down to the dock on the first morning and knows every group by name.

Camp runs on a director, a waterfront director, a lifeguard at every swim and a counselor for every group.
Lateefah Brisbane
Waterfront director
Lateefah plans the waterfront: the lake beach, the pool, the swim test and the buddy checks. She walks the dock with the lifeguards every morning before campers arrive.
Brithany Marroquin
Program lead
Brithany leads the younger groups and plans the games, crafts and woods walks. She is a counselor in her second summer at Bobber, and she is at the pavilion door at drop-off.
Deonte Hurst
Lifeguard and swim test lead
Deonte is a lifeguard and leads the swim test on the first morning. He coaches the older groups' relays and runs the water games at the pool.
